Do you need to be fit to live Off the Grid?

A big question really ??

Living Off the Grid is a life style choice mainly.
It needs the right psychological approach mostly , it can be something that you might want to do? , but perhaps feel like you may not be able to pull it off physically? without loosing the plot , so to speak?

Living Off the Grid can be a hard choice for many I would imagine ? The efforts that are required in all aspects of this lifestyle , compared with living a main stream on grid lifestyle are very very different.

This life style not only takes quite a bit of effort , but I believe that it is more a case of psychologically having the mind set to go down this road to start with, as well as the right attitude filled with all the determination and endurance that this will and does take to successfully live like this.?

I think personally it would basically boil down to 2 main things ?

Can you handle physically the efforts required for this lifestyle ?
Or have you the resources to pay to have everything done for you ?
