- All Off the Grid in Oz Tiny House Trailers and Tiny Houses are custom built to suit your exact needs if required?.
- The first thing to do before you order our products is to contact us, so that we can discuss your requirements.
- If you are not quite ready to start but want to book in a build spot we only require a $2000 build que dep as a firm commitment to avoid disapointing others unnecessarily that are waiting as well .We are usually booked out to varying degrees most of the time but as of 2025 we are able to complete any custom Tiny House Rolling Shell build in around 12 weeks . Booking your build que build spot if your time frame is beyond our average 12 week Tiny House Rolling Shell build time frame is the best way to start to avoid delays.
- If you are ready to start your Tiny House Rolling Shell build we require an 80% direct bank deposit before we order/start your Tiny House Trailer or any Tiny House Rolling Shell build commencing.
- For Trailers only an 80% deposit is required to place your order.
- Remaining 20% cash or direct bank depost payment is required prior to pick up or delivery of any Tiny House Trailer or Tiny House Rolling Shell .
- PLEASE NOTE: Once any purchase deposit or build que deposit has been paid for any Tiny House Trailer and or any Tiny House construction has commenced, deposits are NOT refundable, unless by special arrangement that both parties need to agree apon.
