      <title>Mallow</title>
      <link>http://offthegridinoz.com/modules/TDMDownloads/singlefile.php?cid=30&amp;lid=86</link>
<description>Mallow around the house yard can be the bain of many people’s sense of tidiness in the garden. It’s one of those weeds that pops up and if left for too long can be horrendous to pull out of the ground. We live in Central Victoria and our ground is like concrete, so trying to pull out the mallow is extremely difficult. &lt;br /&gt;The good thing is that you can use the leaves, flowers and seeds to obtain some wonderful benefits and just leave the plant to grow if you like. The roots, though, are full of minerals that the plant has stored in its very long, strong tap root., so making the effort to harvest them is a fantastic idea. &lt;br /&gt;</description>
